Govenor’s Mansion

This morning I toured the Govenor’s Mansion.  It was a fun tour filled with a lot of Tennessee history.  I loved all of the architectural elements of the home.  The walls are home to beautiful artwork.  One of my favorites was a large painting of a young girl standing at the end of a diving board.  The colors were amazing.  The outside of the home was just as gorgeous as the inside.  There was a statue next to the driveway of a young boy feeding a nut to a squirrel and I love how the artist was able to capture that moment and share it.
